Your only options is to either buy a prem heli and grind through the tech tree that way or to continue to suffer, because Gaijin has zero interest in doing anything to balance the mode. The only exception to this is the Kisarizu as it doesn't have any AAMs period. And naturally over half the heli trees have no ability to compare in fights against any of the premium helis, as EC devolves into the Prem helis spawn camping everybody else.
